Week Nine Term Four 2019

One of our highlights this week was having

Paula from St. Johns come and talk to us about keeping safe.

We learnt how to identify dangerous things around home and school and how to keep safe and be careful. Some of the things we talked about were:

*  Wet and Wild Day is a school wide water fight that happens at lunch time. We have a water slide for our children and the pool is open. Our deck and all classrooms are safe places for those who don't want to participate. Children can bring their water guns but please name them well.

*  We will be farewelling Sue Caddie who has been with the school for over 20 years. We will miss her fun and kind heart and all the creative skills that she has brought to our team. We wish her well in her studies and know that she will be back relieving. We will also be farewelling Erin Gribble as she takes up a new role as a Team Leader at another school. She has so wonderfully become part of our team in the short time she has been here and we will miss her too.

*  Children may go home with their parents after the final prizegiving finishes on Friday
